Trauma sucks. PTSD is debilitating. Emotional pain is relentless. There are no guarantees that it will not be a lifelong battle. But it CAN be managed. It is possible to increase your ability to accept past events that can't be changed or taken back, and learn self-forgiveness instead of self-punishment and self-sabotage.
Online Services
Online services are the "thang" now, and I have a secure platform for telehealth if that is your preference. In-person sessions in our swanky office are available, as well, for those who prefer some face-to-face energy exchange and "old-school" therapy encounters. It is whatever you prefer and is subject to availability.
Addiction and Substance Abuse
Addiction isn't a choice, but recovery is. Recovery is bigger than sobriety. Recovery is reclaiming yourself and living the life you want to live. And it looks different for everyone. The only thing standing between you and that life you want to live is the fear of having to deal with the emotions and pain you've been stuffing for so long. There is no perfect time to start your change process.. The time is now.
